I can't recommend Don Crick enough. He has been so professional all the way through our journey in finding the perfect home. We had many special needs to make sure we got a home that achieved our goals. Don Crick was always responsive, available, knowledgeable. He showed up to every meeting well prepared with comps and neighborhood information. He changed the parameters of our search when we felt we needed to hone in on a specific price point and neighborhood. He is an excellent communicator and listener. I felt a profound and personal connection to Don. He is amazing.
We could not have asked for a better partner in the sale of our home. Don had all the resources we needed to prepare and market our house for the best price!
Don Crick is without question one of the most friendly, honorable, and ethical people I have ever had the fortune to work with. He went so far above and beyond that I cannot fully describe it in this reference. I would entrust Don to watch my children- my most beloved possession. So, having him sell my home is a slam dunk. For three years prior to the sale of my home, Don actually served as my unofficial property manager. I had the home offered for sale around three years ago. At that time, the market was not conducive to favorable prices. So we decided to rent after an initial listing period. Even though Dawn did not bring the current tenant, or handle the lease, he handled payment issues with the tenant, sometimes he collected rent on my behalf, he handled repairs, everything- and he did so without being asked and without asking for money. I did, of course compensate him, but not at his request. He simply recognized that I had a need and he stepped up and stood in the gap for me and my family. And this was three years before our home finally sold! I’m going from memory here, so some of the fax may not be exact, but in general this is how the sale of our home went. We listed our home for sale on a Sunday afternoon around noon. And by 6 PM that day we had five offers in our hands. We wound up receiving approximately 22% more than the listing price. Unbeknownst to me, Don and his team was was working behind the scenes to build excitement and interest in my home prior to it ever going on the market. They created a sense of urgency and hype around my home- effectively building demand. I had not realized until later what they had done behind the scenes to garner this much interest in my property. The sale of my home came out a very difficult financial time for me and my family. The additional money that Don and his team raised, help lift me out from a very bad place. They are a blessing to me personally and financially. I am proud to know Don as a person, as my friend, and lastly as my real estate agent. If you need an honest man that will work hard to get your home sold, he is your man!
